Hello, and welcome! My name is Hannah, and I’m a Person-Centred Psychotherapist dedicated to supporting individuals through their unique journeys. I know that reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’ve ever felt misunderstood, struggled to open up, or found traditional approaches unhelpful. That’s why I focus on creating a warm, safe, and accepting space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and valued-just as you are.
About Me
I hold a Master’s degree in Person-Centred Psychotherapy and Counselling from the University of Nottingham, as well as a BSc in Psychology. I have experience working with adults, teenagers, and young people both in Nottinghamshire and online, offering flexible and compassionate therapy. I am also an accredited registrant member of the NCPS (The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society), which reflects my commitment to delivering therapy that meets the highest ethical and professional standards.
Therapy to suit you
Accessibility and adaptability are at the heart of my practice, ensuring that therapy feels like a supportive partnership where you can truly be yourself. Whether you prefer face-to-face, online, or telephone sessions, I tailor therapy to meet your specific needs and preferences.
Specialities
Although I support adults and teenagers with a variety of challenges, I specialise in working with neurodivergent adults and children, as well as supporting individuals who are navigating the effects of trauma. My approach is tailored to each individual's unique needs, creating a safe space where you can feel empowered to explore your experiences at your own pace.
